Payment options: We accept MasterCard and Visa, cheque, money order or cash. Contact Circa for further details to make a direct bank transfer and cheque details.

Classes
Clothing: Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in i.e. shorts, track pants, singlet. We conduct class in bare feet. Please leave your shoes and bags to the side of the Training Centre.
Water, towel, food: Please bring a drink bottle with you – we do have a kitchenette where you can refill it. A towel is not necessary to use in class, but you may like to bring one as needed. For some of the children’s classes on Saturday, you may like to bring a snack for your child to eat before or after class in the hallway. Otherwise, food is not permitted in the Training Centre.
Late for class: If you are late for a class, please phone ahead to the Circa office so we can let the trainers know. If this is not possible, please enter the room calmly, put your bag to the side and take off your shoes. A trainer will join you shortly to instruct you of where they are in the class.
Making up classes (Adult Beginners, Conditioning & Beginners Aerials only): If you will be away for a class, it is possible to attend a make up class in the week of the class you will miss. Class content will be similar, but may vary according to the trainers lesson plans. Contact Circa to let us know the date you would like to make up, and we will amend the roll. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make up any of the other classes.
Casual classes: Circa holds four terms per year. Each term is a block made up of eight weeks of class once a week. Circa Zoo has classes twice a week. We do no offer casual classes.
Number of participants: All classes are subject to a minimum and maximum number of participants. You will be notified if a course is cancelled. Circa reserves the right to alter details of programs at any stage.
Observing classes: Contact the Circa office if you are interested to come along and observe a class for yourself or a child.
Collecting and delivery of students: At busy times of the day, it is more important for students to arrive to class in one piece, than on time. Whilst we recognise that collecting children from school or other activities and getting them to class on time can sometimes be difficult, we do not want any accidents to occur. Please be assured that the safety of our students is of utmost importance to us.
For student’s classes on Wednesday afternoon and Saturday’s, trainers will empty the room and close the doors at the end of each class. This allows for the set up of the Training Centre for the next class.
Students must be escorted into the building by a parent and please ensure that you are prompt in collecting your child.
Please instruct your child (as we do here) that they must wait in the Training Centre hallway for collection. It is not acceptable for students to be waiting in the main Judith Wright Centre foyer or on Brunswick Street for collection. Please make sure that someone comes into the building to collect students.
Feedback: There is a feedback box in the Training Centre in which you can write down any feedback you may have during term. You can leave your contact details on this form or fill it in anonymously. The last class of term will usually be accompanied by a feedback form specific to the experiences of your class. Feedback is always welcome at info@circa.org.au
