Roue-Cyr
The Roue-Cyr was developed by Daniel Cyr, a founder of Cirque Eloize. It is an astoundingly simple apparatus - a single hoop made out of metal. The performer stands inside it and spins, drops, rolls. It can be quirky or graceful, lyrically or dynamic.
Circa received permission from Daniel Cyr to work with his apparatus. And we are delighted to welcome Derek Llewellyn - Australia's foremost exponent of the Roue-Cyr to the company.
Acts can feature multiple sizes, moods and music.
